The manufacturer, the original part number or type code and the quantity are enough.

If the part cannot be named unambiguously or is made to drawing.

A parts list or requirements from different product categories and manufacturers in a single request.
How it works
- Send your requirement: provide a part number, a photo of the nameplate, a drawing or a parts list.
- Clarification of details and sourcing options: we review your information and get back to you if anything is unclear.
- Response and, where applicable, a quotation: you receive a response to your request. A request is not an order.
A request does not create an order or an automatically binding quotation. We state processing and delivery times for each individual request, not as a general figure.

Frequently asked questions
Can I combine several manufacturers in one request?
Yes. Each item has its own details for manufacturer, number and quantity.
What happens to an item that cannot be clearly identified?
It is taken on as an open item for clarification. We do not silently change manufacturer or part numbers; we ask you instead.
What quantity and date information is needed?
The quantity with its unit, if known; otherwise “Quantity not yet known”. A requested date is optional.
Can I add to an existing request?
Reply to the confirmation of receipt and quote the reference number.
Are the products new, used, reconditioned or replicas?
The condition of the goods is stated for each item in the quotation.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Deliveries abroad are subject to review under export control and sanctions regulations.
