Image brochure

Cover of the image brochure: production hall in black and white, Traydon logo and the headline about industrial equipment, spare parts and components

The image brochure presents Traydon GmbH on six pages: how we work, the eight product groups, the way into a request, the steel and cable industries, our shops and the checklist for a spare parts request.

Checklist: which details belong in a spare parts request?

  • Manufacturer – or “unknown”
  • complete original part number or type code, copied unchanged
  • description of the part and its function
  • quantity and unit
  • country of delivery
  • requested date, if any
  • whether an alternative is acceptable and which properties must be kept
  • photos, data sheet or drawing

Photographing a nameplate properly

  • Photograph straight from the front, without flash reflections.
  • Show the whole plate, plus a close-up of lines that are hard to read.
  • Carefully clean dirty plates, provided this can be done safely.
  • A second photo shows the part in its installed position.

Manufacturer number, dealer number, internal part number

The manufacturer part number identifies a part at the manufacturer. Dealer numbers and your internal part number are additional details. Wherever possible, state the manufacturer number and mark other numbers as such.
