    STOMMEL + VOOS

    Machines and tools for permanent marking of cold and hot metal. For steel and rolling mills, among other things, marking systems for slabs, billets, plates and rails, stamping presses and deburring machines; also dot-peen and scribe markers, robot marking systems, stamping tools and type.     Machines for steel and rolling mills

    MMM metal marking machine

    Marks slabs, billets, blooms and heavy plates during a short production stop: the marking area is descaled mechanically, then a robot writes a full-character marking with an arc torch and marking wire – digits, letters, special characters or logos. Product temperature 0 to 1,100 °C, character size 50 to 200 mm.

    HSRMM rail stamping machine

    Stamps rails, steel girders, profiles and similar steel plant products fully automatically in a continuous pass, positioned by the measured position and speed. Product temperature 400 to 1,100 °C; marking to EN 13674-1, UIC, AREA or JIS.

    HSP large stamping press

    Marks railway wheels (tread or, with a separate tool, hub face), steel rings and heavy plates – on plates on the top, bottom or side face. Stamping force 1,600 to 3,500 kN, product temperature up to 1,200 °C.

    HDM 3000 deburring machine

    Removes the torch-cut burr from slabs, blooms and billets in a continuous pass: the moving product is detected and the burr is removed automatically, by hammers with two cutting edges in two layers. For steel and aluminium plants, product temperature 0 to 1,100 °C.
