PW Hueber holds the design rights to all Preinfalk, Hueber and Baacke gearboxes and supplies spare parts for older or discontinued gearbox types. Since 2024 the Kirn and St. Ingbert sites have been merged into PW Hueber GmbH, part of the SCHOTTEL Group through Wolfgang Preinfalk GmbH.

- 1909: founded as Heinrich Baacke machine works in Kirn
